Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) Seeds

Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) is a multipurpose, fast growing and very productive tropical tree.  The fruits are edible unripe as a cooked starchy fruit, ripe the arils have a delicious pineapple-mango-banana flavor, and the nutritious seeds can also be cooked and eaten.  The leaves can be used as a forage for animals.  Seeds available year round.
