Heliconia richardiana 'Little Richard' (Heliconiaceae) 

      'Little Richard' is a cute dwarf heliconia, reaching about 2-3 feet in height.  It has pale yellow bracts with a bright red base, rachis and fruits.  Grows well in shade to partial shade.  Blooms from May through August in Puerto Rico.
