Heliconia mutisiana (Heliconiaceae) 

    Heliconia mutisiana is a charming pendent heliconia 5-6 feet tall.  The bracts are orange red and covered with long white hairs.  Grows well in shade to partial shade and blooms from November through March in Puerto Rico.
