Heliconia irrasa (Heliconiaceae) 

      Heliconia irrasa is an exotic looking heliconia.  The bracts are lemon yellow with a dark rose border and curled tips.  Plants grow to 3-4 feet tall, and prefer shade to partial shade.  Blooms from December through March.  Slow growing.
