Heliconia bihai 'Guapa' (Heliconiacaeae)

'Guapa' is a large, dark red form of Heliconia bihai.  The bracts are solid dark red with a green lip and tip.  Plant habit is erect, from 6-8 feet tall.  Blooms from January to June in Puerto Rico.
