Hedychium thrysiforme (Zingiberaceae)

Hedychium thrysiforme has spidery pure white flowers with long white stamens.  Leaves are wide and have an interesting corrugated texture.  Flowers from July through October.  Grows in light shade to full sun, 3-4 feet tall.
