Codiaeum variegatum (Euphorbiaceae) 

Codiaeum variegatum, the croton, is one of the most common and most colorful of tropical plants.  Grows in full sun to partial shade, and very tolerant of different soil types and environmental conditions.  Native to Southeast Asia.  Huge variety of leaf sizes, shapes and colors.  Easily propagated by stem cuttings.
