Cananga odorata (Annonaceae) 

 

Cananga odorata, or ylang ylang, has an extremely fragrant flower.  Essential oil extracted from the flowers is used to make perfumes.  The tree reaches about 40-50 feet tall, and prefers full sun.  Propagated by seed.
