Calathea crotalifera (Marantaceae) 

Calathea crotalifera is known as the yellow rattle shaker for it's resemblance to a rattlesnake's rattle.  It prefers moist soil and partial shade, and will bloom in a pot.  Mature height is 3-4 feet.
