Heliconia chartacea x platystachys 'Temptress' (Heliconiaceae) 

    'Temptress' is a beautiful hanging heliconia, combining nice characteristics from both parents. Flowers are long, with around 18 bracts.  Bracts are a waxy red-orange color, with thick yellow borders.  It is a medium sized heliconia, reaching 6-8 feet tall.  Leaves are shredded like Heliconia chartacea.  Blooms throughout the year.
